This position has overall responsibility for professional management of all clinical, educational, research and administrative matters related to the functioning of Medical Staff. It is also accountable to the Medical Staff and the Board of Directors for organizational compliance with the Medical Staff Bylaws to reach the organizational mission of providing advanced medicine with quality outcomes and extraordinary care. Rush Copley in Aurora, Illinois has served the residents of the greater Fox Valley area for more than 130 years. This 210-bed hospital has 500 physicians on staff in more than 60 specialties.
