Dr. Zixu Mao's lab in the Departments of Pharmacology & Chemical Biology and Neurology at Emory University School of Medicine offers multiple funded postdoctoral positions and seeks highly motivated individuals to join. The lab uses multiple platforms including model animals, human iPSC-derived neural cells, and chemical biology to explore the molecular and cellular mechanisms of neural signaling, organelle stress response, neuroimmune, neuroaging, and cytopathogenic processes of major neurodegenerative diseases. Applicants with a PhD or MD degree, solid training and experience in the above or related areas, strong desire for exploration, and skills in verbal and written communications should send CV to Zixu Mao at zmao@emory.edu.
