Saint Francis Health System, Oklahoma's most extensive health system, is seeking a Pediatric Critical Care Medical Director and a Pediatric Care Staff Physician. 

Pediatric Critical Care Medical Director 

• The successful candidate will be a leader committed to children's health and advancing the Saint Francis Children's Hospital mission.
• Work at a 162-bed children's hospital with a 20-bed PICU and a 50-bed NICU
• Lead, grow, and develop the PICU 
• Earn close to the 90th MGMA percentile 
• Supervise 4 pediatric critical care physicians and work with an excellent admin team to run an efficient PICU 
• 80% clinical (working in the PICU)/20% administrative tasks

Pediatric Critical Care Staff Physician 

• Perform clinical work in the 20-bed PICU
• See approximately 12 patients per day 
• Work on average 15 shifts per month 
• Earn between the 75th and 90th MGMA percentile
