The RN for will perform clinical duties as directed by the Associate Director for Patient Care Services through the Chief Nurse of Primary Care, designated through the Nurse Manager and Assistant Nurse Manager of the clinic. Provides nursing care to patients who present with full range of health issues. The PACT RN in primary care will provide nursing care to patients who present with a full range, including but not limited to: diabetes, hypertension, COPD, congestive heart failure, cancer, and psychological disorders, as well as coexisting medical/surgical conditions. RN demonstrates nursing knowledge and clinical skills with sound nursing judgment and the ability to care for patients.
