Job Summary:

Your Role:
The Registered Nurse RN Trauma Stepdown, will apply the nursing process to plan and implement the care of patients, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning. The Registered Nurse RN Trauma Stepdown effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health care team. You will collaborate in establishing patient goals and evaluates progress to ensure effective outcomes. You also have the opportunity to further your professional growth by engaging in learning activities according to the Board of Nursing standards.

There is a 25K Sign on Bonus available for eligible new hires. This bonus will be paid out in 4 installments-90 days, 1 year, 18 months and 2 years for the final payment.
