General Summary
The Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for the assessment of patients including development, evaluation, and modification of the plan of care for patients in the Emergency Department. This person performs complex patient care procedures that are specific to their area of expertise, including code response for adult and pediatric patients. In the absence of the Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator, the Emergency medicine Clinical Pharmacist will assume the Coordinator's duties.Mission

Reporting Relationships
Reports to the Clinical Pharmacy Manager and/or the Director of Pharmacy.

Preferred:
Completion of PGY1 residency, or 3 years of clinical experience (or in process of completing PGY1)
Completion of PGY2 in emergency medicine strongly preferred
