Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Emergency Medicine physician for a full-time role in the beautiful community of Kodiak, Alaska. This is an accredited, 25-bed critical-access hospital with a level IV trauma center that plays a vital role in the overall health of the entire region. Where You'll Work
Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center is the sole provider of acute and emergency care for Kodiak Island. Accredited by The Joint Commission and designated as a Level IV trauma center by the State of Alaska, this 25-bed critical-access hospital plays an indispensable role in the lives of 14,000 Kodiak residents, the Coast Guard base and neighboring villages. With a state-of-the-art MRI and 64-slice CT, this hospital receives high marks, and providers are able to offer advanced care.
