Prisma Health Medical Group - Upstate Department of Pediatrics in Greenville, SC, is seeking an BC/BE Pediatric Critical Care Medicine physician for our Division of Critical Care. 

Details:

• The Children’s Hospital is the tertiary referral center for the children of the upstate of SC with 60 inpatient pediatric beds including a dedicated hematology oncology unit, 12 PICU beds with new expansion about to open, increasing beds to 18 and 80 NICU beds.
• Most pediatric medical and surgical subspecialties are represented. Prisma Health Upstate welcomes ~8000 newborns per year.
• Over 900 admissions per year and a sedation service providing moderate and deep sedation to over 2600 patients per year. 
• Over 1200 new patients admitted to Upstate PICU the past 12 months.
• The PICU always has pediatric and emergency medicine resident coverage.

Minimum Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

• Successful Completion of Residency; Board Certified or Board Eligible; Medical Staff Privileges

Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses

• South Carolina Medical License

• South Carolina Controlled Substance License

• Drug Enforcement Agency Number
