Practice and Benefits Highlights:

• 2 year path to Partnership and guaranteed base salary
  • 147 shifts
• Benefits include: sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, malpractice coverage, production bonuses, annual CME allowance of $5000, health, vision, and dental insurance; 401K, disability and life insurance. Additional option of advance up-front payment of up to 50K.
• Join a growing, successful, and Intensivist group consisting of 6 MDs and 7 APPs
• 24/7 in-house coverage

• 100% critical care medicine-closed ICU
• We offer services to two Level 1 hospitals, located within a mile of each other
• Multidisciplinary Intensivist team with a dedicated ICU pharmacist
• Academic opportunities.  SIU School of Medicine in the community
• Resident teaching as well as hospital based innovative options for career development and projects
• FCCS trained and certified workforce including NPs and all house staff
• 24/7 Strong Hospitalist team, nurse practitioners and resident support
