Our health center is seeking a Chief Medical Officer. This CMO will report directly to the President, and will lead a team of Clinical Directors. This individual will be responsible for affecting change that leads to improvements in clinical development strategies, and execution of clinical programs including the strategic planning, implementation, oversight, and completion associated with each clinical project. The CMO will also handle day to day operations of the Clinical Departments, and will serve on various committees, both internal and external. The CMO will also interpret existing policies and develop new policies based on changes in the healthcare or medical arena. This is a highly visible role within the organization.
