Sign-On & Shift Differential Bonus

The Division of Cancer Medicine at Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center (BMDACC) continues to experience rapid growth and is recruiting Advanced Practice Providers (Night Shift) to provide inpatient coverage at the Banner Gateway Medical Campus. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Oncology Critical Care Team. The qualified candidate is required to be board certified and will provide compassionate, evidence-based, and multidisciplinary care to cancer patients. Our APP is also expected to be an active member of the Division and participate in clinical, research, and education services provided by BMDACC.

• A team of 4 APPs will support the 5 rotating Physicians in an inpatient setting
• Experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Experience in Critical Care, Hospitalist, or Oncology is highly preferred
• Stem Cell Therapy experience is a plus
• 12-hour shifts rotating between 12pm-12am Swing Shift to 7pm-7am Night Shift, 1:4 in-house weekend nights required
• New grads with an ICU/critical care background as an RN will be considered

The program is highly integrated with The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, including opportunities for education and mentorship.
