Pediatric Critical Care Specialist
The Department of Pediatrics at MetroHealth Medical Center and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine is seeking 2 additional BE/BC Pediatric Critical Care specialist to join our team. Qualifications should include clinically proficient, excellent communication and teaching skills with an interest in research. The clinical commitment will include coverage of our 16-bed progressive unit which includes critically ill patients as well as patients on the inpatient pediatric floor. The academic rank will be commensurate at the Assistant/Associate Professor level depending on the level of qualification. We are a level II pediatric trauma center and a level III NICU. Responsibilities will include patient care, resident and medical student education, quality and safety focus and research.
The applicant must be qualified for a faculty appointment with CWRU School of Medicine; Department of Pediatrics at the Assistant/ Associate or Professorial level. Applicants should be eligible for employment in the US and for an Ohio medical license. Compensation and Tenure will be commensurate with experience and achievement.
