RN Registered Nurse – Critical Care Unit (ICU/IMCU) Penn State Health St. Joseph (Reading, PA)

 **We are offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible RNs with a minimum of 6 months experience – eligible to those that qualify! ** 

JOB SUMMARY:

The RN Registered Nurse incorporates knowledge of the nursing process and the professional standards of nursing in daily practice. Applies knowledge of growth and development to perform detailed assignments/interventions. The RN Registered Nurse provides consistent care based on the changing physical and psychosocial needs, unique to the patient.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by State of employment

AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Six months Critical Care RN experience preferred.
