RN/Registered Nurse Clinical Staff Leader - Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The 8 North Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Penn State Health Holy Spirit is a 11 bed unit that operates as a step down unit. The RN Clinical Staff Leader is responsible for assisting in supervising nursing staff; for providing leadership and orientation to nursing personnel; and for performing a variety of nursing duties in order to coordinate the delivery of care to patients.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
2-3 years RN experience in acute care setting
Previous work experience in a supervisory, management or other healthcare leadership capacity
Active RN Registered Nurse license in the state
BLS required prior to orientation completion.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
