Join our $186 Million expansion of the Emergency Department and ICU as the ED Medical Director. Lead a fully integrated team of emergency medicine physicians and advanced practice providers.
Mercy Fort Smith has an excellent leadership opportunity for a full-time medical director in the River Valley region of Arkansas. As a Mercy physician leader, you will enjoy a leadership stipend and unprecedented support, including leadership training and development. Candidates must be board certified and have previous emergency medicine experience, be a proven leader, skilled in optimizing throughput, efficiency, and positive interactions to ensure high quality care and service.
At Mercy, our purpose is to perfect our physician's ability to practice medicine, every day, in everything they do. Our philosophy is as simple as our goal is singular: we believe better experiences for physicians lead to better outcomes for patients.
Our Mission: As the Sisters of Mercy before us, we bring to life the healing ministry of Jesus through our compassionate care and exception service. The Mercy experience we create through specific qualities found in our service. Our Values are Dignity, Service, Justice, Stewardship and Excellence. We are physician lead and professionally managed.
