Charge Nurse Inpatient - ICU - Nights
Yuma Regional Medical Center is a 406-bed facility located in sunny, southwestern Arizona. We have a main hospital campus, off-site cancer center, outpatient laboratory services, and numerous clinics as a part of our medical group, including a primary care facility in the Foothills.
Position Summary: Leads staff members. Performs employee feedbacks, oversees training, makes assignments, and demonstrates leadership to support organizational goals and initiatives. Engages and builds medical staff relationships. Maximizes efficient of utilization of supply, equipment, and labor budget. Supports all patient safety oversight while providing this leadership and direction to supervised staff members. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED:
Associate's degree in Nursing
3+ years related experience
State of Arizona Registered Nurse's license
BLS Certification
Work Schedule: 12-hours, Nights, Varied
