Position Information:The Respiratory Therapist Team Leader is responsible for the clinical and technical leadership of the Respiratory Care staff. The Team Leader will ensure effective daily operation over area of responsibility. The Team Leader will continue to encompass responsibility for administering respiratory care under a physician's order including, but not limited to, all types of oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, intubation, arterial puncture and analysis, and mechanical ventilation of adult/pediatric/neonatal patients. The Team Leader plans, implements, and evaluates the effectiveness of therapy and facilitates the rental of equipment as needed. The Team Leader understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values and management of patient care services.#LI-POST
Experience Requirements:1 Year Clinical - Respiratory Therapy Required
Education Required:Associate's Degree Respiratory Therapy Required
Licensure/Certification Requirements:Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner And Registered Respiratory Therapist Required
Hours of Work:36 hours
Weekend Requirements:Every Third
Call Requirements:1 in a six week schedule
