Position Information:The Clinical Educator/Supervisor, RN assists the unit manager in supervision, coordination, education, and management of nursing personnel to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the delivery of patient care services on an assigned shift. The Clinical Educator/Supervisor understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of patient care services.Will be responsible for both the Pediatric ICU and the Pediatric unit. Strongly prefer a minimum of 1 year PICU experience in the last 4 years.
Experience Requirements:3 Years Nursing - Related Area And Education - Teaching and Facilitation of Learning Required - And 1 Year Leadership Preferred
Education Required:Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required
Licensure/Certification Requirements:Registered Nurse Required - And National Certification in Nursing Required - Within 1 Year of Hire
Hours of Work:Evening/Night open to 10 hr shifts
Weekend Requirements:As Needed
Call Requirements:weekend call with other mgt team
