Summary The Trauma Program Manager (TPM) is a professional nurse who has the responsibility to monitor trauma patient care through the trauma performance improvement process throughout the patient hospital stay from pre-hospital, hospital stay through discharge disposition. Assures compliance with Department of State Health Services (DSHS) trauma center standards and audit filters requirements, and/or American College of Surgeons (ACS) respective trauma center standards, as it may apply, under the direct supervision of the Trauma Services System Director and Trauma Medical Director. The TPM provides staff education to providers, nursing, ancillary, and EMS staff as guided by the trauma performance improvement process. The TPM participates in a leadership role in the hospi
