The Emory University Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta are recruiting a full-time, board certified or board eligible faculty pediatric radiologist to serve as Director of Pediatric Emergency and Trauma Imaging (Radiologist Overnight Coverage). This lead physician will cover nights with the other overnight radiologists and will help manage the service, working in concert with other departmental leaders. Studies covered overnight include radiographs, emergent fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and emergent body and neuro studies. Back-up coverage from the pediatric neuroradiology service is available, as needed.
Qualifications:Qualified applicants must be American Board of Radiology (ABR) certified or Board-eligible. Candidates must have completed an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Pediatric Radiology or be Subspecialty-certified in Pediatric Radiology by the ABR. All candidates will have to obtain Subspecialty-certification in Pediatric Radiology, if not already certified.
