• Hospital is five years old and offers state-of-the-art technology and equipment
• 32-Bed, level II ED and trauma center
• ED connected to ORs, Cath Lab, and Radiology for easy and efficient patient flow
• Approximately 40,000 annual ED visits
• 24/7 neurology, trauma, stroke, ICU, and hospitalist program
• ED ultrasound (Sonosite) and all procedures available
• EPIC EMR across Mercy

Mercy Emergency Medicine Offers:

• $50,000 signing bonus plus highly competitive hourly rate and recruitment incentives, shared production and quality bonuses
• Immediate parity and equal rotation and schedules among the group
• Team of 10 integrated EM physicians and five APPs
• Team are all EM residency trained and certified
• Physician mentors, partners, and friends - supportive and excellent culture
• Flexible hours and shifts to meet your needs; 14-17 shifts per month (your choice) with schedule set 3 months in advance
• Ability to do all EM procedures as desired
• 10 hour shifts, 1.9 patients per hour, 40 hours per day of physician coverage, 24 hours of NP/PA coverage
• 24/7 MRI, CT, Ultrasound, STEMI and stroke team, ED psychiatry, and trauma surgery service
• 1:1 physician to scribe ratio for all shifts
