Summary

The Registered Respiratory Therapists / RRT is responsible for providing pulmonary care services in accordance with specific physician's orders, department policies & procedures. The Registered Respiratory Therapists / RRT 2 is trained to work independently in either PICU or Trauma ICU.

Education
Required: Graduate of an AMA accredited respiratory care program

Experience
Required: 0-2 years for this Registered Respiratory Therapist / RRT role

Certifications
Required:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist / RRT (Florida)
• BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
• ACLS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
• PALS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN) WITHIN 90 DAYS OF HIRE

Candidates in unit have priority based on unit seniority
