PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Respiratory Supervisor will assist the Clinical Manager in the overall administrative direction for the clinical practice of Respiratory Care and the delivery of high quality and cost effective respiratory care to all patients utilizing the services of the Respiratory Care Department. The Respiratory Supervisors shares 24-hour responsibility and accountability for all aspects of daily operational activity with the Clinical Managers. The Respiratory Supervisor will work a percentage of time in performing Respiratory Therapy staff duties.
