Nurse Manager – Adult ICU - Penn State Health Holy Spirit
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for evaluating, providing and improving nursing services for patients through efficient and effective planning, directing, coordinating and controlling of material and human resources.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a Master's Degree in Nursing required.
Five (5) years clinical experience required.
Progressive leadership experience required.
Active RN Registered Nurse license in the state of Pennsylvania
BLS required prior to orientation completion.
