RN Registered Nurse – Adult ICU Penn State Health Holy Spirit

The AICU at Penn State Health - Holy Spirit is a 10 bed adult intensive care unit. Providing patient care for those who need medical, surgical and trauma critical care services. The unit specializes in neurosurgery, post tPA infusion for stroke and post cardiac arrest. The RN Registered Nurse assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates Degree in Nursing Required.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by State of employment
Basic Life Support (BLS) obtained within 6 months of start date
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Six months Critical Care RN experience preferred.
