Providing support to the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) by managing the design, development, and implementation of projects as directed by the CMO. Leads components of the planning and implementation process for key strategic initiatives and projects designed to improve relationships. Facilitates cross functional relationships with key stakeholders to align goals, strategy and deliverables.

Must perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the hospital's policies and procedures, including its Service Standards and its Code of Conduct.
Collaborates with key stakeholders on implementation and maintaining of special projects. This role will be responsible for scheduling necessary meetings, collating materials and developing deliverables.
MD Onboarding for the FPO and PCHA - These onboarding projects will bring together materials and leaders of the various organizations to allow new providers to practice in the SCH environment.
Emergency Department Project with SHC - This project is designed to explore the possibility of bringing the 300P emergency department space on to the LPCH license. This will require extensive collaboration between the administrative, physician and nursing staff of the two hospitals. There are also significant regulatory aspects that need to be navigated.
Ambulatory Surgical Center - This project will support work by the treatment center leadership team to improve efficiency in the operating room and create an ambulatory operating room environment within the confines of the hospital.
CPMC Relationship - The current CPMC relationship needs to be renegotiated and hopefully transitioned to a from that is more conducive to mutual investment and growth.
Graduate Medical Education (GME) budget. The project manager will support the CMO in the administration (development and maintenance) of the multi-million dollar GME budget and the considerations involved in GME support.
Reconcile GME invoice every month.
Manage logistics for GME program expansion committee.
Organize outside program reviews. On occasion, it is necessary for the hospital under the guidance of the CMO, to conduct outside program, reviews. This role will coordinate the conduct of these reviews.
Support Faculty Practice Organization (FPO).
FPO Website: Relaunch and manage FPO website.
FPO Incentives: Manage spreadsheet and communications to Chiefs
FPO Clinical Chief's meetings: Collaborate with FPO leadership to organize agendas. Manage logistics of the monthly meeting.
FPO Leadership Meetings: Manage logistics for monthly meetings, including end of year holiday event.
Coordination of the office of the CMO. There are currently eight Associate CMOs, as well as, a number of physician-in-chief leaders in various disciplines. This role will support projects under the direction of the CMO involving these various leaders.
Medical Staff Office (MSO) - Interface with the MSO to support the CMO functions as necessary. This will include developing and monitoring the budget of the MSO.
Funds Flow - Under the direction of the CMO, work with the Finance team and other physician administration leadership to support the work of the Funds Flow committee.
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or universityExperience: Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
