Do you have experience managing large, complex projects within a healthcare setting? If so, consider joining our team!
ChristianaCare is searching for a Project Manager to lead complex acquisition projects and joint venture partnership integrations. The manager will develop and implement detailed project plans and timelines, in collaboration with additional resources as needed.
In addition, this role will engage with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to evaluate, efficiently implement and execute activities to achieve synergies for physician practices, M&A activities and new partnerships which will advance operational and critical initiatives.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of standardized project management techniques (Gantt charts, etc.) and the ability to facilitate and manage various working teams and projects.
Duties to include:
Ensure successful delivery of complex integration projects that drive business value and positively affect change while ensuring that project goals are accomplished and align with business objectives.
Researches and implements innovative methodologies to address operational process redesign as required.
Manages the planning, implementation, communication, budget and evaluation of integration projects and goals.
Identifies and secures resources needed for project teams.
Responsible for integration performance metrics (clinical and financial) as related to identified projects.
Establishes and maintains collaborative professional working relationships with clinicians and administrative staff necessary to develop, implement, and evaluate projects.
Works side-by-side with operational units to execute integration projects without impeding daily operations.
Monitors results against established benchmarks in the evaluation of effectiveness and impact. Identifies opportunities for improvement and alternate strategies when goals are not met. Encourages and seeks a state of constant improvement.
Presents progress reports/findings on a regular basis to appropriate stakeholders within the system.

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
Experience with health care operations.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
