The Registered Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing basic and advanced Respiratory Care services to adult and geriatric patients throughout the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (SNVHCS); however the therapist must be knowledgeable regarding the basics of respiratory treatment of all age groups. The Registered Respiratory Therapist plans, implements and evaluates the effectiveness of respiratory care procedures.
