**$20,000 SIGN-ON BONUS** 

Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center is a planned 341,000-square-foot 129-bed acute care hospital in Lancaster County that will give residents of Lancaster and York counties enhanced access to Penn State Health's expertise and specialty services! SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required

Active RN Registered Nurse license in the state

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Six months RN experience preferred
