As a MultiCare RN, you'll assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care. We'll rely on you to apply your specialized training, demonstrate critical thinking and consistently follow established processes. The ICU at Auburn Medical Center is a 16 bed med surg intensive care unit. The unit serves as the highest acuity level of care for patients at the hospital. 24-hour hospitalist team and physician residents on the unit through Health Point. There are RNs and CNAs in the staffing grid. Our core values on the unit are teamwork and collaboration. Ideal candidate for this role will have nursing experience in the ICU setting and strong critical thinking skills.Minimum Requirements:
Hospital-based nursing experience is required. New graduates or RNs without hospital experience should apply for an upcoming RN residency.
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within three years from the initial date of hire.
Current WA state RN license prior to start date.
Current Health Care Provider level CPR BLS and ACLS required.
