Kaiser Permanente - Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a part-time 0.6 FTE Endocrinology Physician to join our team. This position will be based at our Tacoma Steel Street Medical Center in Tacoma with additional clinical support at the Port Orchard Medical Center in Port Orchard, Washington.
Two days at the Tacoma Steel Street Medical Center and one day at the Port Orchard Medical Center in Port Orchard, Washington.
Tacoma South Medical Center is comprised of Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Activity, Sports, & Exercise Medicine, The Adolescent Center, Occupational Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Social Work Services. Lab, Pharmacy, and Radiology on site. Office hours are 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday.
As a condition of employment, all clinicians and employees are required to verify COVID-19 vaccination status. As part of the pre-boarding process and before starting work, you will be required to verify your vaccination status, and will be provided an opportunity to apply for an accommodation based on a religious or medical reason, if needed.

Tacoma, locally referred to as "T-Town", is a mid-sized urban port city and the seat of Pierce County. Port Orchard is the seat of Kitsap County located on Sinclair Inlet, 13 miles due west of West Seattle, and connected to Seattle and Vashon Island via the Washington State Ferries run to Southworth. The city's estimated population is 13,607. This quaint waterfront community boasts a warm and friendly small-town charm with most of the big town amenities. Port Orchard boasts a new boardwalk and public market and is home to numerous marinas, local shops, museums, theater and live performance entertainment, galleries, and dining. It is hard to miss the majestic view of the Olympic Mountains and the pride of military heritage just across the water at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard when in Port Orchard.
