Per Diem, 12 hr, Rotate - 4 East SNF
The LVN II performs, under the direction of the Registered Nurse, provision of care of patients to whom he/she is directly assigned. A basic understanding of medical and surgical problems is necessary, in addition to knowledge of appropriate nursing interventions related to the patient for which he/she provides care. IV certification and knowledge additionally required. Access to all Patient Health Information for treatment purposes only.

General Duties and Responsibilities
16. Acts as the patients advocate and assures that patient rights are upheld.
19. Attends all Ethics and other education required by the Hospital, Unit or Director.
Required: Possession of a current license as an LPT/LVN, issued by the State of California;
Current American Heart Association BLS certification (maintain current at all times),
IV Therapy Certification, issued by the State of California
