The Pediatric Hospital Medicine team at BSWH McLane Children's Hospital is seeking a board certified or board eligible pediatrician for an immediate opening. Pediatric hospital medicine experience or fellowship is preferred, but not required. The selected candidate will provide clinical services in a variety of settings which includes the daytime resident service, daytime APP service, and night team. Applicants should have an interest in providing inpatient care to a diverse and complex population of medical and surgical patients. We offer access to an on-site PICU and a wide range of pediatric subspecialties. There are ample opportunities to participate in medical education, quality improvement and research. Excellent clinical, communication and collaborative skills are required. This is an employed position with a competitive salary, moving allowance, a comprehensive benefits package and no state income tax.Location:Position is located at our free standing Children's Hospital in Temple, Texas. Doctorate Degree in Medicine
Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
Where Applicable- Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
