Supervisory Health Tech
The Supervisory Health Technician serves as the first level supervisor in collaboration with the Primary Care Team and Chiefs, has responsibility and accountability for the administrative direction and operations of the Primary Care clinic module. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that all phases of work performed by non-provider ambulatory care module personnel conform to all standards regarding quality and quantity of work and which enhanced patient focused care. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Selects or recommends selection of candidates for vacancies, promotions, details, reassignments. Develops, modifies, and/or interprets performance standards. Initiates action to correct performance or conduct problems and prepares appropriate documentation.
