Up to $9,000 Sign On Bonus! At Fairview Northland Medical Center the Med Surg unit consists of adult medical and surgical, limited pediatrics surgical patients, and adult Intensive Care patients. The Med/Surg/Peds unit consists of 22 beds and the ICU has 4 beds. We have 43 nurses, 12 nursing assistants (also known as nursing station attendants), and 1 HUC. We are recognized for having high employee engagement results, high patient experience, and an atmosphere of accountability.

Please note: This position offers up to a $9,000 sign on bonus. It is determined on years experience, prorated based on the FTE, and requires a 2 year commitment.

Up to $9,000 Sign On Bonus! The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedure and professional practice guidelines. The RN coordinates care with members of the health care team and delegates responsibilities to others as appropriate.
