Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital's Mobile Clinic is seeking a part-time Family Medicine nurse practitioner to join its dedicated group. In this role, you will work with an efficient, professional team that fosters a collaborative and compassionate work culture. Enjoy a tremendous amount of autonomy while working in a mobile health van, and providing direct patient care to the under served areas of Sonoma county. This role will have a direct impact on expanding our community outreach, while experiencing a healthy work-life balance in beautiful Northern California wine country.

Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is a state-of-the-art, 338-bed acute care hospital providing a wide range of specialty services, including critical care, cardiovascular, stroke, women's and children's, oncology and orthopedics. The hospital is home to the region's Level II Trauma Center serving the entire Coastal Valleys area, including Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino and Lake Counties, as well as coastal Marin County.
