Come join our transformational team at our Magnet and Planetree designated hospital! Our level II trauma hospital has one all-encompassing 20 Bed ICU which receives all types of patients – medical, surgical, trauma, open heart, etc. and is a great place to professionally grow your critical care nursing skills.
In this role, the RN will closely monitor high acuity patients with various diagnoses. We are looking for a candidate who can competently care for patients on a ventilator, status post cardiac arrest, STEMI’s, balloon pumps, CVA, post craniotomy, post trauma, post thrombectomy, post neuro procedures, post open-heart surgery, etc. Nurse/patient ratio 1:2 or 1:1 based on acuity.
$15,000 sign on bonus!
Shift: Nights 7:00pm-8:00am, 3 days per week, rotation to weekends and holidays

1) Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
2) Valid license as Registered Nurse in Connecticut
3) BSN strongly preferred
4) BLS certification required
5) Maintain minimum of 6 contact hours annually
6) Minimum 1 year nursing experience in an ICU or critical care setting required
