WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board-Certified Hospitalist/Nocturnist to join our team and meet the growing demands at Franciscan Health.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
PRN Schedule: 7:00 a.m. â“ 7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. â“ 7:00 a.m.
Night Call: Coverage from home two days per week
Three APPâ™s cover hospitalist
Average inpatient volume: 16 â“ 18 patients per day
Central line placement and intubation procedures preferred
Will provide supplemental training if needed
Respond to Code Blueâ™s
Part of the Rapid Response Team
Strong collegial support from specialistsÂ
