Fairview Ridges Hospital is located in Burnsville, Minnesota just south of Minneapolis near the 35E and 35W junctions. Total licensure patient beds are currently at 150. We care for patients of all ages, including pediatrics. We are seeking a Nurse Manager for our Medical Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit. This is a 39 bed unit with telemetry and telemetry hub. Med/Surg 3 boasts a variety of patients to include cardiac needs, telemetry needs, behavioral distress, complex medical needs, and intermediate ICU stepdown patients.
About This Position:
The Nursing Manager manages nursing practice and patient care operations in collaboration with and accountable to the Nursing Director,
This includes: nursing practice, quality and safety, regulatory compliance, finance and other operational accountabilities.
