Prior Nephrology training is not required; we will teach the successful candidate the skills needed to work collaboratively/semi-independently with our providers. Our primary goal is to attract a candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced inpatient/outpatient environment with a team-based approach. The department provides comprehensive Nephrology subspecialty services including: inpatient evaluation of acute kidney injury (AKI), critical care consultation, continuous dialysis, acute and chronic dialysis, outpatient management of kidney disease, and postoperative/long-term management of kidney transplant recipients.
