NURSE COORDINATOR II (NURSE MANAGER) - CRITICAL CARE, 4 FLEX INTERMEDIATE CARE UNIT - STROGER HOSPITAL - CHICAGO, IL. SHIFT: DAYS/FLEX
The Nurse Coordinator II oversees all aspects of patient care within the designated 4-Flex Intermediate Care Unit, on a 24-hour basis by evaluating, directing and supervising all activities of the nursing staff. This position has first line responsibility for clinical supervision, patient care, personnel management, budgeting, and quality service delivery for the unit. The Nurse Coordinator II will function as the day-to-day manager for all nursing staff in a level one Intermediate Care Unit or for a specified patient population.
