Under the supervision, and/or direction of the Nursing Director/Clinical Manager, Resource Nurse, or Staff Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant performs various duties in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established functions and procedures of the hospital
Qualifications/Requirements Education High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
Current BLC/CPR Certificate is required for Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA
Skills and Abilities Good oral and written communication skills in the English language.
Experience Knowledge of principles of patient hygiene, comfort, safety measures. Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred. Foreign Physicians/Nurse or Patient Companion may exchange for experience preferred
