SUPERVISING NURSE II – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Natividad is seeking a permanent full-time Supervising Nurse II in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The Supervising Nurse II has full-time 24-hour responsibility for the NICU and performs professional nursing care duties, under the direction of the Nursing Services Division Manager who has charge of the division on a 24-hour basis.

Requires a BSN, CA RN license, three years of experience as an RN in the NICU, with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role, successful completion of the Neonatal Resuscitation Program course of the AAP and AHA, and a valid certificate in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing from a nationally recognized accrediting organization, i.e., National Certification Corporation (NCC).
