The Division of Pediatric Critical Care, Department of Pediatrics at Monroe Carell Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt (MCJCHV) seeks a Medical Director for our Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.  Our Critical Care Division is currently comprised of twenty faculty members who staff a 23 bed Cardiac ICU, a 36 bed Medical/Surgical ICU, and support an ACGME-approved fellowship training program. 

The Pediatric ICUs at MCJCHV serve as the regional center for intensive care in Middle Tennessee and as a referral center for critically ill children from throughout Tennessee and the Southeast.  With Pediatric subspecialty Divisions nationally ranked in each of the 10 categories evaluated by US News and World Report, MCJCHV offers an exceptional work environment and the opportunity to perform superb multi-disciplinary care, education and research.  Vanderbilt University Medical Center offers a very competitive salary and benefits package.  Employment can begin immediately upon successful licensure with the State of Tennessee.
