JOB SUMMARY The Registered Nurse (RN) exhibits and executes Baylor Scott & White Health(BSWH) values and behaviors in delivering and coordinating patient care.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THEROLE The Registered Nurse (RN) assesses the patient, identifies nursing diagnosesbased on responses to health problems, develops and implements the plan of careand evaluates the patient's response. The RN facilitates the learning forpatients, families, nursing staff, other members of the health care team andcommunity and participates in quality performance improvement initiatives.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS The ideal candidate will be compassionate, caring and experienced in developingand implementing the plan of care for each patient, making recommendations forpatient interventions, collaborating with other health care providers todeliver care and document outcomes. The successful candidate must promote safepassage for their patients by using knowledge of patient needs and thehealthcare environment to assist patients to transition through the healthcareencounter without any preventable complications or delays.

Shift/Schedule - 13 weeks (36 hrs/week), Night Shift (7pm-7am)
$5,000 sign-on bonus (1/2 at 4 weeks, 1/2 at 13 weeks) plus $1,500 completion bonus)

EDUCATION: Associates degree in Nursing (ADN) degree is required
EXPERIENCE: 2+ Years of experience is required
CERTIFCATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the AmericanHeart Association (AHA) or Military Training Network (MTN) Certification within 30 days of hire isrequired
