Come and join our Anesthesiology Critical Care Team in beautiful Portland, Oregon. We are recruiting an additional intensivist to join the teams in the Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) and the Virtual ICU (VICU).
The CVICU team provides tertiary care to critically ill patients with cardiovascular disease. All cardiothoracic, cardiology, vascular surgery and surgical subspecialty patients are cared for in a multidisciplinary and inter-professional care model in a state-of-the-art 26-bed ICU, including patients with ischemic heart disease (PCI & CABG), valvular disease (surgical and endovascular), adult congenital heart disease (non-surgical and surgical), advanced heart failure, mechanical circulatory support, aortic disease, and PVD surgery. We also admit most of our subspecialty surgical critical care patients to this ICU. This creates a practice environment with an excellent mix of surgical and non-surgical ICU patients.
