Performs administrative leadership and management of the hospital during off hours, weekends and holidays. Oversees patient care and staffing of departments during assigned shifts. Ensures that the objectives and policies of the hospital are followed in accordance with departmental standards. Interacts with administrative personnel from other hospitals and regulatory agencies. Required to work flexible hours as needed to meet the demands of the hospital.
Current Florida RN License Current BLS Certification Current ACLS Certification Five years progressive nursing experience in an acute care facility Experience as a critical care nurse preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment
