Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.
Implements the nursing process by delivering effective relationship based nursing care.

This is a full time (36hrs/week) position working four (4) 9hr day shifts with varying start times and alternating weekends.
Experienced RNs who possess a minimum of 1 yr oncology RN experience will be eligible for a $3000 sign-on bonus after successful completion of program terms. Current UH employees are not eligible for this program.
1 year RN experience required, oncology experience strongly preferred OR 2 years critical care (ICU/ED) strongly preferred.
Chemo/Bio card strongly preferred or willing to obtain
Strong time management & critical thinking skills
Graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred
Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio
Current BLS Provider Certification, issued by the American Heart Association, must be obtained during Nursing Orientation.
