West Holt Medical Services is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician who desires to serve a vibrant rural community.  Located in Atkinson, Nebraska, West Holt Memorial Hospital and West Holt Medical Center serve a primary population of 2,500 and a regional population of 10,000. This inpatient/outpatient position is the right opportunity for a physician who wants to use their training and experience to provide quality care in a rural environment.  We are excited about the 3.8 million dollar capital project to redesign the hospital for increased patient comfort and efficiency.  This location is unable to support visa holders. 

Compensation Highlights

• $230,00 - $250,000 base salary- could include administrative role
• $75,000 Signing bonus
• Quarterly bonus - $5,000 x 4 = $20,000 paid annually
• $10,000 relocation

• Inpatient/Outpatient
• Clinic is directly adjacent to the hospital
• 17-bed critical care hospital
• State-of-the-art telemedicine capabilities
• Medical and surgical specialties rotate – weekly/monthly
• Emergency Room call coverage 
• 1 day/week
• 1 weekend/month
• NP and PA manage admissions
