As a member of the Central Peninsula team, the Registered Nurse delivers quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process. The RN works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain appropriate nursing standards while directing, coordinating and delegating activities in order to provide patient and family centered care.
Associates degree. Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
Current State of Alaska Registered Nurse license
BLS from American Heart Association required before start date
Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
ACLS required within six months of hire in PACU, ENDO, ICU, ED, and AMBULATORY SURGERY. PALS and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required within six months of hire in OB
One year related experience preferred
Additional Salary Information: Shift and weekend differential provided as applicable. Certification, preceptor and charge nurse premiums provided as applicable.
